In fact, most of our summer is spent cooking hogs! They are tasty, juicy and the crackling is out of this world!Over our thirteen years of experience we have cooked many hogs, to our customers satisfaction.Celebrity chef James Martin  was so impressed  that he has said our chef is the 'top man' for hog roasts.

We have done four roasts for James, over the past few years and he is happy for us to use his name.
